All products shipped from Ukraine.

Production time for orders 3-7 business days.

Standart Shipping (with tracking)

• Asia Pacific: 14 - 24 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 21 - 30 business days
• Europe: 15-20 business days
• North America: 15-25 business days

Priority Processing (with tracking) & Insurance: within  6-10  business days.

If item not received 

If 90 days have passed since the day of sending, and also if the parcel is officially recognized as lost (there is a result of a search request from the cargo service), then a full refund will be made to the credit card or PayPal account from which the payment was made.

Customs duties 

Please note that all products shipped across international borders may be subject to import and handling fees, as well as any duties and/or taxes imposed by the importing country.
The value varies widely from country to country and it also depends on the total amount of your order and your country's import laws and regulations.

Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your payment if you choose to decline your delivery once the freight company tries to deliver it.
